THE NATURE RESERVE: LOKOBE

Passing by the existing mangroves with the pirogue you will arrive on a beach with a small refreshment.
From here, you will proceed on foot and with an expert guide between palm trees and medicinal plants in search of different animal species that inhabit the forest: frogs, smallest chameleons in the world, lemurs, boas constrictor and various birds.

DISCOVER NOSY BE : QUAD

Discover the interior of Nosy Be along dirt roads, first stop,

the "Sacred Waterfall" of Ampasindava.

A bath in fresh water to cool off.

We resume the route passing through small plantations of cocoa before the stop for lunch (excluded).

In the afternoon we will visit the sacred lakes of Nosy Be and Mont Passot.

A folkloric half day in the capital of Nosy Be.

Hell Ville, a colorful and fragrant city, shopping in small bazaars to be able to buy nice souvenirs visit the colorful market full of smells including pepper, ginger, saffron.

Visit to the Sacred Tree, an important cult for the animist religion. You will enter this Ficus of about 5 thousand square meters

with typical Malagasy clothes.

THE MILLOT:
COCOA PLANTATION

First stage of Northern Madagascar.

In 1906 Lucien Millot created a plantation in Andzavibe which still bears his name today.

The Millot Company cultivates about 1300 hectares and employs nearly 500 people.

Valrhona has been collaborating with Millot in Madagascar for over 30 years and today holds the monopoly on the purchase of all the cocoa grown on the Millot plantation, which covers approximately 600 hectares and has an organic certification,

as well as on that grown by a network of local producers.
